Follow these steps to register for the NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 3. Once registered, proceed to the Pre-Enrolment Assessment to finalize your application.
Register on the NDE Job Creation Portal with a valid email address and phone number.
Fill in your personal details, select your preferred programme department, and submit.
Complete the 7-step assessment covering eligibility, identity, bank, programme, proximity, age, and photo.
Upload your valid ID, passport photo, highest certificate, and BVN for verification.
Get matched to the nearest training centre based on your state, LGA, and preferred programme.
Start your free training at the allocated centre and receive mentorship, startup support, and certification.
